HOW WE WORK

On receipt of a specification for soft furnishing treatments from you, we translate your descriptions, measurements, plans or drawings into a working estimate, giving prices and fabric quantities for each individual item.

Upon acceptance of the project, we will liaise with you to conduct a site survey, make adjustments to the estimate if necessary, all to be confirmed by you. Once the fabrics are delivered to our London based workshop, our team of specialist fabric cutters, pattern matchers and seamstresses transform the design into beautiful handmade treatments. We use the highest quality of linings, blackout linings and interlinings and if necessary, for contractual work, flame retardant linings.

Every job is treated individually and always of bespoke quality. All poles, blinds and tracks are custom made.

Once the order is complete, our team of skilled installers arrive on site at a time that is suitable for the client/you to ensure that the treatments are installed correctly, and the final product looks as per the original design as requested.
